Excess Baggage Company has left luggage facilities at all major London train stations, as well as other UK train stations.

The cost for left luggage is a flat 4 GBP per item for 24 hours, with each extra 24 hours being charged at 4.50 GBP per item.

London Euston Station Left Luggage office on the Main Concourse, Platforms 16-18

London Liverpool Street Station Left Luggage on Platform 8

London Paddington Station Left Luggage on Platform 12

London Victoria Station Left Luggage on Platform 8

London Waterloo Station Left Luggage on Platform 11-12

Victoria Coach Station has a left luggage facility that is open from 07:00-23:00 daily. Fares are as follows:

Deposits up to 2 hours: 2 GBP, no weight consideration
Deposits 2-24 hours: 3.50 GBP, must be less than 20 kg
Deposits 2-24 hours: 5.50 GBP, can be over 20 kg
Multiple Days charged at daily rate as above (3.50 GBP, 5.50 GBP by weight)

London Victoria train station has bag lockers. It is the only major train station in London with bag lockers.
