Vice Night in London
Originally uploaded by Simon Welsh

London’s nightlife scene is one of the best in Europe. With new clubs opening all the time, the best clubs in London are sometimes hard to find. Here are our picks for best London clubs, be they shiny and new or tried-and-true:

Maddox

Secluded and exclusive, Maddox in Mayfair is tucked away in a corner of narrow Maddox St. With two small-ish floors, there’s not much space for crowds, but the outdoor patio is great for catching your breath if things get too steamy inside the club.

Cuckoo Club

Right off Regent Street, Cuckoo Club is ideally located in central London. Open until 4am and serving up great cocktails on two floors, Cuckoo Club is a great option for a night of clubbing in London.

Whisky Mist

Popular with visiting celebrities and London’s jet set, Whisky Mist is all exclusivity and glamor. With a bar lining one whole wall and several rooms with music and dancing, you can club the night away with the beautiful people at Whisky Mist.

Kensington Roof Gardens

When the weather is nice, no London club is better than Kensington Roof Gardens. As the name implies, this swanky club is all garden glam on the top of a Kensington High Street building. Sip champagne under the stars and dance the night away to the sounds of London’s top DJ’s.

Mahiki

Taking tiki kitsch to a whole new level, Mahiki in St. James’s is the place to be for island-loving clubbers. Start with a Treasure Chest, Mahiki’s signature cocktail that serves 10, then head to the basement for dancing.

Boujis

The favorite of the young royals, Boujis is as hard to get into now as it was the day it opened. Small and perennially packed with Europe’s jet set, Boujis is the jewel in the crown of London’s club scene.
