The Lawrance in Harrogate opened in late 2009 and has been an instant hit on the Harrogate accommodation scene.
With three properties in Harrogate housing 19 luxury suites and apartments, The Lawrance offers a refreshing new option for those tired of large hotels and unpredictable B&B’s.
The first property of The Lawrance is Kings House. Located right in the heart of Harrogate, Kings House is the perfect place for visitors that want to enjoy the attractions of the town. The suites in King House are decorated in cosmopolitan style with rich fabrics and luxury amenities.
Not far from Kings House is York Road, a gated house with a countryside feel. The apartments in York House offer stunning views over green fields, but are close enough to Harrogate that guests can walk into town.
The Lawrance’s third property in Harrogate is Duchy House, a beautiful historic building with a garden and private terraces. Rooms are glamorously designed and have a very cosmopolitan feel. The property is located on a beautiful, quiet street just a few minutes’ walk from the Royal Baths in Harrogate.
Aside from having excellent locations for its properties, The Lawrance apartments in Harrogate feature high-end interior design. Every luxury suite is decorated with quality fabrics, wallpaper, and linens, and apartments feature under-floor heating.
The Lawrance’s large, spacious living areas contain HD TVs, Sony PS3s , Blu-ray DVD players, and MP3 players. Bathrooms are fitted out with Philippe Starck interiors and REN products, while kitchens feature high-end appliances and coffee and tea from Betty’s Tea Rooms in Harrogate. That’s to say nothing of the bedrooms, which have impossibly comfortable mattresses, silk throw pillows, and warm goose down duvets.
Rooms at The Lawrance apartments in Harrogate range from studios to three bedroom apartments. Free parking is included (on location at York Road and Duchy House), as is free Wi-Fi. Room rates start at 85 GBP per night for a single-occupancy studio apartment.
The Lawrance is getting ready to open another property in nearby York, which will be a welcome addition to the city’s accommodation options.
