Trains leave Cardiff Central train station for London Paddington train station every half hour at 25 and 55 minutes past the hour. Trains from London to Cardiff return every half hour at 15 and 45 minutes past the hour.

Trains leave Swansea train station for London Paddington train station every half hour at 29 and 55 minutes past the hour. Trains from London to Swansea return every half hour at 15 and 45 minutes past the hour. Some routes require a change of train.
