Air France A380
Paris has three major airports: Charles de Gaulle Airport, Orly Airport, and Beauvais Airport. Flights to Paris from all over Europe land at all three of them.
Most international flights to Paris arrive at Charles de Gaulle Airport (CDG), which is situated 26 kilometers (16 miles) northeast of the city centre. The main low-cost airline that operates flights to CDG is easyJet, which has connections between Paris and a lot of destinations in Europe.
Paris Orly is the second major airport in Paris. It is located 13 kilometers (8 miles) south of the city.
Orly also receives international flights from all over Europe, the Middle East, Africa, the Caribbean, North America, and Asia.
The third airport where flights to Paris land is Paris Beauvais. This airport is 85 kilometers (53 miles) north of Paris. Despite the distance, however, the connections between the city and the airport are very good. Ryanair is famous for offering cheap flights to Paris that land at Beauvais airport.
