Buses from Berlin Tegel Airport to Berlin City Centre
You can take bus number 109, 128, X9, or the JetExpressBus TXL from Tegel airport to the Berlin city centre. All buses depart from designated stops outside of the terminal buildings.
These city buses from Tegel airport connect to Berlin’s other public transportation systems at various points throughout the city. The X9 is an express bus that runs every 10 minutes from 5:00 to 23:00, and the journey takes 20 minutes to get to Zoologischer Garten station, where there are connections to the U-Bahn metro and the S-Bahn urban rail system.
The 109 bus runs every 10 to 20 minutes from 5:00 to 23:00, and also goes to Zoologischer Garten station.
The 128 bus runs every 10 to 20 minutes from 5:00 and 23:52, and goes to Osloer Strasse U-Bahn metro station.
The JetExpressBus TXL is an express service that goes from Tegel airport to Berlin’s main train station, which is called the Hauptbahnhof, as well as the Alexanderplatz. Buses depart every 10 to 20 minutes between 4:52 (5:12 on weekends) and 23:07, and the trip takes 28 to 40 minutes, depending on traffic.

Buses from Berlin Schonefeld Airport to Berlin City Centre
You have a few options for buses from Schonefeld airport. You can take bus number 163 or 734 from the Flughafen Berlin-Schonefeld station, which is a five-minute walk from the airport. Alternatively, you can take JetExpressBus X7, 162, 171, 735, N7, or N60 from outside of the terminal buildings at Schonefeld airport.
