Information about Cinque Terre Cards

The Cinque Terre Card (also called 5 Terre Card) allows the card holder to access the hiking trails in Cinque Terre, including the famous Via dell’Amore.

The card is required for all hiking trails in Cinque Terre. It also gives access to some museums and other attractions.

Types of Cinque Terre Card

There are two different types of card. One includes all hiking trails and museums, and also includes unlimited train travel between the five towns of the Cinque Terre as well as to La Spezia Centrale train station in the south and Levanto train station in the north. Another Cinque Terre Card is only for the hiking trails and museums.

Where to Buy the Cinque Terre Card

Cinque Terre cards can be purchased at any train station in the five towns, as well as at La Spezia Centrale train station and Levanto train station. They can also be purchased at the checkpoints on the hiking trails in the Cinque Terre.

Cinque Terre Card Validation

Make sure to fill out your Cinque Terre Card with your name and nationality, as the people working at the checkpoints on the hiking trails will check for this.

Also make sure to validate your Cinque Terre Card at a train station or a checkpoint when you first purchase it (you only need to do it once).

Types and Cost of Cinque Terre Cards

One-day and two-day Cinque Terre cards are available. Prices start at 5.00 euros for a one-day adult card. Concessions and discounts are available for children, students, groups, families, and seniors (over 70).
