To help you decide how to spend your time there, below is my list of the top 10 things to do in the Canary Islands:<\/p>\n

1. Spend a day sunbathing on the beach. There are a lot of great ones to choose from in the Canary Islands. Don’t forget to wear sunscreen, though!<\/p>\n

2. Have lunch or dinner at the highly acclaimed Los Roques restaurant, one of the best on Tenerife.<\/p>\n

3. Explore the towns and cities on each island.<\/p>\n

4. Sip a cocktail at Cacatua bar<\/a> on La Gomera.<\/p>\n

5. Play golf at one of the Canary Islands’ best golf courses.<\/p>\n

6. Go swimming in the warm ocean water or participate in beach or water sports.<\/p>\n

7. Visit the Loro Parque on Tenerife.<\/p>\n

8. Go to the beautiful cliffs at Los Gigantes on Tenerife.<\/p>\n

9. Walk around Garajonay National Park on La Gomera.<\/p>\n
