Opened in 2005, Lisbon Poets Hostel is one of the best Lisbon hostels. The accommodation is located in the central Chiado district, and is in a great location for exploring all that Lisbon has to offer. It is also close to Barrio Alto, which is home to the best nightlife in Lisbon.
Additionally, the hostel is near the Baixa-Chiado metro station and a short walk away from Lisbon’s Rossio plaza. There you can take a train to Sintra for a great day trip, or hop on tram 28 for a scenic ride around Lisbon.
Lisbon Poets Hostel has rooms for 2, 4, and 6 people. There is also a kitchen and a cool lounge with cable TV, beanbag chairs, and tables. Free Wi-Fi Internet, free breakfast, free lockers, and a laundry service are also provided.
Rates are 18 to 20 euros per night for mixed dorms in the low season, and 20 to 22 euros per night for mixed dorms in the high season. You can also get a 10% discount if you book online and stay at least five nights at both the Lisbon Poets Hostel and its sister hostel in Porto.
