One of the best ways to get from Brussels Charleroi Airport to the Brussels city centre is to take a bus. Voyages l’Elan shuttles run daily from the airport to the Midi-Zuid train station.
When your flight arrives at Brussels Charleroi Airport, head to the shuttle bus ticketing counter just outside the arrivals area. You can purchase a one-way or round-trip ticket here or online ahead of time. Tickets cost 13 euros for a single and 22 euros return.
Once you have purchased your bus ticket, exit the terminal building and follow the signs to the bus stop, which is right outside.
Buses from Brussels Charleroi Airport to Brussels Midi train station run every 30 minutes at peak times throughout the day. The first departure is at 8:45 and the last is at 23:50. The timetable is the same every day of the week.
The bus journey is only an hour from the airport to Brussels, making the trip quick and easy. The drop-off point at the station is on the corner of rue de France and rue de l’Instruction.
