If you’ve booked a flight to Newquay Airport (NQY) and are looking to hire a car, you have a few options, including on-site and off-site car hire.
Both Hertz and Europcar have car hire offices at Newquay Airport itself, making it convenient to get a car from them when they are open. Their offices officially open at 9am, but they will arrive early if you call ahead and tell them that you are on an early flight to Newquay Airport.
Additionally, National car hire has an office in Newquay, but does not run a shuttle to the airport. The airport bus will drop you off a quarter mile away from National in the city, and you can walk from there to the car hire office in Newquay (bus tickets cost around 3 GBP and the driver can let you know where to alight).
Alternately, you can arrange for a pickup or take a taxi for around 20 GBP to National’s offices.
If you don’t want to hire a car at Newquay Airport, there are other modes of transport to get you from the airport to the city centre.
