The Hertz car hire office at York train station is located between the platforms and the exit of the train station, while the Europcar car hire office at York train station is located about 20 meters away behind one of the platforms.
The major difference between Hertz and Euopcar at York train station is the opening hours. The Europcar office is open much later, and is also open on Sundays, so it is a better choice if you need to return your car in the evening or on a weekend.
