Evan Rail wrote an article for the New York Times entitled “Prague: Under Wintry Skies a City Revealed”.
In it, he argues that while most people travel to the city in the warmer months, the winter is actually a great time of year to visit Prague. The crowds are absent, the prices are lower, and the city has a magical feel under the snowy sky.
