Taking a train from Orly to Charles de Gaulle Airport (CDG) is an easy way to travel between the city’s two main airports when you arrive in France.
Rail services on this route are run on a suburban train called the RER. The line that runs between the airports is line B.
To take the RER B train from Orly to Charles de Gaulle Airport, first take the Orlyval tram to the Antony RER B station near the airport. To do this, follow signs to the Orlyval in the arrivals halls and board the tram at the stop.
Orlyval trams depart every 4 to 7 minutes and take 8 minutes to reach the Antony RER station.
You can purchase a combined ticket for the Orlyval and the RER for 15.50 euros. Tickets can be bought at the airport.
When the Orlyval tram arrives at the Antony RER B train station, you can transfer to a train to Charles de Gaulle Airport. Make sure to board the correct train, as not all RER B trains go all the way to CDG. The signs above the platforms will indicate which stations the train will stop at.
Trains from Orly to Charles de Gaulle Airport take approximately 60 minutes each way and arrive at Terminals 1 and 2. If your flight departs from Terminal 3, you can alight at Terminal 1 and connect there.
