American, Australian, Canadian, New Zealand, South African, and UK Citizens
Passport required. No visa is needed.
Nigerian Citizens
Passport required. Visa required. Transit visa required for transit.
Indian, Chinese, and Russian Citizens
No Ireland visa is required for holders of a valid UK short-term (non-resident) visa if entry into Ireland is through the UK. This programme ends on 31 October 2016.
