Trains from Lisbon to Lagos run daily from Lisbon’s Entrecampos train station in the capital to the Lagos train station in southern Portugal’s Algarve region.

There is also an AP train at 18:31, arriving in Tunes at 20:54. If you take that train, you can connect to a train from Tunes at 21:07 to arrive in Lagos at 22:01.
The train journey from Lisbon to Tunes on AP trains takes 2 hours and 22 minutes. The onward journey from Tunes to Lagos takes 54 to 58 minutes.
A first class train fare on AP trains from Lisbon to Tunes costs 27.50 euros one-way. Online discounts are available, with a reduced price of 21 euros if you book in advance. Alternately, a second class fare costs 21 euros one-way from Lisbon to Tunes. The connecting train from Tunes to Lagos costs 3.70 euros one-way.
IC Trains from Lisbon to Lagos
There are up to three IC trains a day from Lisbon to Lagos. As with Alfa Pendular trains, all InterCity trains require a change at Tunes.
IC trains from Lisbon to Tunes leave Lisbon Entrecampos train station at 10:29, 14:29, and 17:29. They arrive in Tunes at 13:11, 17:20, and 20:11, respectively. There you can connect to trains to Lagos that depart at 13:25, 18:02, and 20:19.
Train travel from Lisbon to Tunes on IC trains takes between 2 hours, 41 minutes and 2 hours, 50 minutes, depending on which train you take. The connecting train from Tunes to Lagos takes between 54 minutes and 1 hour.
