The annual Battersea Dogs & Cats Home Gala Ball takes place each year to raise funds for the London-based animal welfare charity.
The ball, which is called the Collars & Coats Gala Ball, is a black tie event held at a venue in Battersea. It celebrates the charity’s work in rehoming lost, unwanted and abandoned animals. The ball is attended by celebrities like Simon Cowell and royals like HRH Prince Michael of Kent.
Starting with a red carpet welcome from blue-coated dogs in need of homes, the Battersea Dogs & Cats Home Gala Ball continues with a champagne reception, banquet dinner, live entertainment, and an auction in support of the charity.
