Located in the quiet town of Lochranza in the north part of Scotland’s Isle of Arran, the Isle of Arran Distillery is a great place to stop while you are visiting the UK.
The Scotch whisky distillery runs hour-long tours throughout the day. Tours take visitors all throughout the buildings and show them how whisky is made. Individuals, groups, and families are welcome on tours, and there is a tasting at the end.
There is also a shop and restaurant on the premises where you can buy whisky-related gifts and souvenirs, or stop for a meal or snack.
