The Riverhouse Backpackers in Cardiff is one of the best hostels in Wales. It is so good, in fact, that the hostel was rated number 6 in the Hostelworld Best Hostels in the World list in 2010.
Small, family-run, and boutique in style, the hostel is a great place to stay if you want a home away from home in Wales. Located in the Cardiff city centre next to the famous Cardiff Millennium Stadium on the River Taff, it is also in a great location for sightseeing and nightlife.
Housed in a historic Victorian townhouse right on the water, the Riverhouse Backpackers Hostel features free WiFi, a fully equipped kitchen, individual bathrooms, lockers, free linens, and complimentary coffee and tea all day.
Rooms at the hostel start at 15 GBP per night plus a 1.50 GBP booking fee. Room rates include breakfast.
