Trains from London to Silverstone are a great way to get from the capital to the Silverstone Circuit if you don’t want to drive.

The best way to get there is to take a train from London to Milton Keynes, Banbury, or Northampton (you can find information about taking the train to Milton Keynes here).

This is because there are no direct trains from London to Silverstone. Taking a train to one of those three cities is therefore the closest way to get to your event by train.

All three stations are located near the circuit, and are good alternatives to trains from London to Silverstone. Once you arrive at the stations, you can take a taxi the rest of the way. It is a 30-minute ride from each station, and you should expect to pay around £40 from any of them. There are also buses from Milton Keynes to Silverstone and Northampton to Silverstone on certain big event days like the Grand Prix.
